With the user-friendly interface, it is possibile to carry out different processes thanks to the right combination of acessories and programs according to your needs.
The basic software includes standard operations that can be combined in one cycle of work and others custom, that can be added on request.
All applications can be combined in automatic machining cycle, wich can be saved and recalled as needed.
GRINDING JOBS
The most common grindind operations like parallel, trapezoidal, bombé, conical, and other more complex, like camber, can be realized with the PLC interpolation, producing perfect results.
STEPS AND POLISHING
Throught the steps application you can produce reduction of diameter in both side of cylinders sleeve. With polishing application you can realize a smooth suface of the piece.
GROOVES
Any type of grooves are possibile with our software, entering the correct parameters: diagonal, double diagonal, horizontal, vertical, rhombus and hollows lines are some example.
TURINING AND FACING
You can choose turning or facing application, the program that allow, with tool or grinding wheel, to remove part of the coating from both side fo the roller, with high finishing surface.
